Finding time for weekly sessions while having busy schedules can be extremely difficult. Kids have extracurricular activities, both of you work full time jobs, dinners have to be made, not to mention trying to have time for each other and friends. How in the world would you find time to come for sessions in order to work through the parenting issues you're facing? I often hear from parents that it can seem impossible to keep up a weekly counseling schedule among all other commitments. This led me to think about a solution that could offer what parents need without the weekly commitment. My hope is that you will see the benefit of setting aside just one morning or afternoon in order to focus on your parenting struggles and needs so that you can move forward with renewed hope and renewed energy on your parenting journey.
What is a Parent Intensive?
It's 4 hours long (the equivalent to a whole month of therapy put into 1 day). This is a time for us to brainstorm what parenting techniques can work for your family dynamic and which ones haven't worked or haven't been implemented well. Not only is this a time to discuss how you parent, where you and your spouse agree/disagree regarding parenting, but also, how were each of you parented and is that influencing these disagreements/issues around parenting.
When Is It?
Parent Intensives are only offered one Friday every month on a first come, first served basis, to parents who are together, or a single parent. I am not offering intensives to divorced or separated parents at this time. Once you book, you can decide if you want the morning session or the afternoon session.
How Much?
It's $800 (due 24 hours before the intensive). This includes 4 hours of intensive work, several take-home resources, as well as one free follow-up call to discuss any hiccups that might arise along the way. This free call never expires. Use it the following week, use it the following month or use it 10 years down the road.
How to Book?
